The most significant difference is the Emotion and Hand Gestures Analysis, number of Feedback and Action Plans, as well as the maximum rehearsal duration you will have for each practice. We’d say:

1. Free plan is suitable for you to test the communication skills to know what you need and how you perform, which is best for exploring, casual practice, or just to join our Leaderboard.
2. Fresher plan is for people who want to improve the English fluency by learning how to express themselves. You may want to take things slowly by solving few weaknesses at a time.
3. Rising Star plan is for people who want to boost your communication skills for personal and professional purposes to appear professional and confident. You may or may not speak fluently but you want to refine your soft skills to achieve your communication goals.
4. High Achiever plan is for people whose communication skills play a very important role in determining your success and desired outcome from the way you communicate, especially to a large or important audience. Through more practices, you hope to fix more significant flaws in your communications so you can be recognized as a confident, capable, and charismatic person.

All plans are suitable for you to use the software to rehearse, check your performance, and/or download your best audio/video for posting, post-editing, or submission to any third party service or platform.

You can always upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime that suits your needs. Changing a subscription will result in a proration, not only for upgrading, but also for downgrading. Once you click on the Upgrade or Change Plan, you can preview the prorated changes or the credit amount according to your current billing period before you make the change. To be specific, we use 30 days a month to calculate the remaining days of existing and upgraded/downgraded plan in the proration system.

For example, you want to upgrade from Fresher to Rising Star, which is $9.79 /month and $15.32 /month respectively. Assuming the change occurred halfway through the billing period, you will be billed an additional $2.77 for the upgrade:

[$7.66 for half month of Rising Star plan] – [$3.395 for the unutilized fee charged for Fresher plan]

If you want to downgrade from High Achiever to Fresher, which is $43.56 /month and $9.79 /month respectively. Assuming you make the change halfway through the billing period, you will have a credit amount of $16.89 for the downgrade:

[$21.78 for half month of utilized High Achiever plan] – [$4.895 for half month of Fresher plan]

This credit amount of $16.89 will be used in your next billing. In this example, you will not be charged $9.79 again for your Fresher plan for your next renewal as you still have $16.89 of credit amount to be utilized.

The only risk for you as a paid user is when you find that our software is not useful for you (uh-oh!) or you have paid more than what you need. We have helped you eliminate that by offering:

1. You can cancel anytime when you find that you no longer need our service and your plan will not be renewed again next month. You can reactivate the service anytime as long as you are still within the prior subscription period.
2. You can always upgrade/downgrade your plan anytime that suits your need and you just have to pay the balance amount accordingly if you upgrade, or get the remaining amount credited to your account for next usage if you downgrade.
3. We credit/charge the amount based on the subscription days. To put it simply, it means we provide the flexibility for you to only pay for how long you use the service.

You will have to do so before the expiration date of your current subscription. For example, if your subscription ends on 20/07/2020, you will need to cancel your subscription on, or before 20/07/2020 because your next renewal will be on 21/07/2020.

1. After logged into Rehearso, click on the top-right avatar, then select Billing & Plans.
2. Under Current Plan section, click Cancel Plan.

Once it’s cancelled, your subscription will not be auto-renewed and you can still enjoy your subscription plan until the expiration date of your last payment. After the expiration date, you can continue testing your communication skills and joining our Leaderboard by using our Free plan and you are always welcome to upgrade anytime when you need it.

If you have given your permission but your microphone/webcam is still not working:

1. Check if your device is properly connected and powered on.
2. Check if you have accidentally muted your microphone.
3. Make sure your device is the system default recording device or selected as current input device.
4. If you still encounter problems, you may need to find a computer repair technician to fix. Any technician should be able to tell you the problem easily after troubleshooting.
